The rooms had old furnishings and odd noises at night, and the poor upkeep made it hard to relax or sleep. The corridors were dim and unusually quiet, especially after dark, with outdated interiors and a neglected, eerie feel. It came across more like an abandoned building than a hotel. Whether or not you believe in anything paranormal, that atmosphere alone can be unsettling. This isn't charming old character; it feels like the property hasn't changed in decades. Guests have apparently raised these issues in reviews for years, but little seems to have improved. If so many people independently say they feel uneasy or scared, management should take that seriously. Unless you're deliberately seeking a creepy stay or want to test your nerves, I'd choose another nearby hotel that focuses on comfort, cleanliness, and peace of mind. A hotel stay shouldn't feel like a horror movie.

The place looked scary and wasn't well maintained, and I had a really bad experience. What was shown on the website was totally different from reality. It's tucked deep inside and the whole place feels frightening. They should take those photos down because they feel misleading. Please don't stay here.

For RM 150 a night, I got a big room with everything I needed. Room rates may vary by season and availability, but I found it hard to ask for more: there was a queen bed, wardrobe, desk, couch, coffee table, dining table and chairs, plus a TV, fridge, water heater, fans, kitchen appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. I honestly didn't expect to use fans somewhere already cold, but they were a definite plus. Even with the horribly cold, humid weather, the room and balcony were kept clean. I thought algae might be growing all over the balcony, but there wasn't any. I had a blast staying here and will definitely come back! :D
