The living room window had a really beautiful view, but we paid RM1,200 for three nights and my family and I kept sneezing inside, not outside, even though the place looked tidy and clean. Cooking isn't allowed, yet the microwave they provided was dirty and disgusting. There's no washer or dryer either, which makes a longer family stay difficult.

The location has great views, but it's out of the way, expensive, and getting a ride is difficult. A short ride to the top cost MYR 38. There are lots of facilities, but many weren't open when we visited. The swimming pools weren't heated, which was disappointing when we wanted a fun pool day with the children. The lep pool was closed too, along with the gym, sports and entertainment facilities.

I came for my parents' staycation from 11/06/2025-13/06/2025. The apartment entrance is easy to miss. It's the first building on your right before genting hotel. If you have a reservation and are inviting friends or family, I'd tell them to get there before the Genting staff and restaurant staff finish their shifts, around 2200-2230.

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all while I was there, so staying connected was difficult. The place felt like a worker's apartment, and the cleanliness was awful. I didn't want to touch anything, and the utensils looked so old I wouldn't dare eat with them. A total nightmare, and I'm definitely not coming back.

Among the budget hotels I've stayed in around Malaysia, this is one of the cleanest. The bed was clean, Wi-Fi strong, and the TV picture clear. The fan worked well, there were charging points, and a water heater too. There are eateries on the ground floor.
