Swing & Pillow Putrajaya felt like a second home to me, and I’ll remember it fondly. I stayed as a short-term tenant from October 2025 to February 2026, and the experience was positive throughout. Whenever anything came up, Simon was professional and accommodating. The whole staff was responsive and professional. Balqis worked so hard and responded quickly to tenants’ needs, while Afy showed real dedication and carried herself professionally. Anam always brought great energy. I only met Aysha briefly, but she gave me the same warm, positive feeling as Balqis. Thank you all for everything.

I was here for a course and found it a pleasant place to rest after training. The room was tidy, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning cool. It was quiet, too, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy, and basic amenities and places to eat were close by. The price is reasonable for a budget stay, and the basic facilities were in good shape. I’d consider coming back for another course or work trip.

I like the co-living setup here. It’s simple, clean and in a handy location, with friendly staff who even suggested some good local food nearby. It felt secure for staying alone or with family. Great value, and it’ll be my budget go-to in the city.

Afi was really friendly and knew the place well. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the price was very affordable. There are lots of interesting places to eat and ngopi nearby. It did get a bit noisy at night because the road is close, and parking is limited.

The room was comfortable and clean, and Afy at reception gave me a warm welcome. She explained things clearly, so check-in was smooth and pleasant. I had a great stay for three days and one night, and would definitely come back when I’m in Putrajaya again.
