i-Walker @ IOI Conezion Putrajaya

Being so close to IOI City Mall is a real plus, with shopping, food, and entertainment all nearby. The area is quiet and works well for families. The apartment at Conezion @ IOI Resort City was modern, clean, and well maintained, and comfortable for either a short or longer stay. I especially liked the swimming pool and gym. Check-in coordination had a few small hiccups, and parking was a little limited at busy times. Otherwise, the stay went smoothly and was enjoyable. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay.

The place itself was fine, but parking made the visit frustrating. There was no clear notice that payment was required, and it wasn’t clear where or how to pay, which caused confusion. Better signs or guidance would help visitors. A parking gate or clearer system would make things much easier.

We came for a restaurant, but had no idea how parking worked. We parked in front of the shop, then a guy on a scooter said it was valet parking and would cost RM8 after 6pm. When we asked about other parking, he said the basement was valet too. That didn’t seem possible, so we drove out and asked a guard, who said it wasn’t true. 😑 The valet guys weren’t generous at all, and this experience may stop new customers like us from coming back.

There’s a lot packed into this location: plenty of food and drink options, a hotel, homes, and even an event hall. Jaya Grocer and a tyre shop are handy to have too. I’m truly impressed, it has everything I need in one spot! 🤩🎉✨🥳
