The bathroom smelled, as Tony mentioned. This is a unit in the same building, similar to Airbnb, and it isn’t Grand Ion Delement Hotel. I booked two units. The TVs didn’t work, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and baby cockroaches started coming out at night. There was a cooker, but it couldn’t be used, and there were no plates or bowls. Avoid it if you have a better option.

The facilities were good, with a TV, iron, washing machine, and fridge, but cleanliness was awful. I’d booked a non-smoking room, yet it smelled strongly of smoke. There were stains on the fridge, beds, and pillows, hair under a pillow, and double eyelid tape stuck to one. The bathroom was dark, smelly, and covered in mold. I was also surprised to learn from reception that this wasn’t managed by Grand Ion Delement Hotel, but by another agent renting a room from the hotel. It’s an agency unit, not a hotel-managed room.

There was no WiFi or toiletries, and no cleaning service. The place was very dirty, with lots of trash under the bed. The wall whitewash rubbed off and left white marks on my clothes if I accidentally touched it. They said they’d fix the WiFi, but didn’t, and stopped responding after a day. Really disappointing.

Getting around easily means having your own transport or hiring a car. During the day, you can prebook or pay for transport by the hour, but peak season is a different story. At night, getting transport to the casino is a headache.
