Palette KL Sentral near Pudu LRT formerly RPC Blissful Homes

I felt unsafe and vulnerable through the night because there was a concealed door in the room that wouldn’t lock properly. The hygiene was poor too. The toilet was yellowed and stained, with peeling surfaces, and looked filthy and neglected. Only one roll of toilet paper had been left, and it was completely soaked. I strongly advise against staying until these serious issues are fixed.

I checked in at 2PM and initially just thought the room was old. I left my luggage there and went out to enjoy KL. When I returned around 9+PM, I found a bunch of cockroaches in the room, including some babies I managed to photograph. The room’s cleanliness was horrible. I checked out that same night. I’d booked for two days, and at first they wouldn’t refund me. After a few somewhat heated rounds of negotiation, they gave me a partial refund. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

I waited at the desk for more than 30 minutes to check out on the morning of February 28th, after staying one night at the Palette KL Sentral near LRT Pude on February 27th. Nobody was there, and I had to leave to catch a bus. I believe they left the desk unattended intentionally to keep security deposits from guests. When I left my key, I saw two other keys that had been left there too. I’ve travelled extensively across Asia and never had a hotel experience like this. I regret staying and wouldn’t recommend the place. Their business practices seem scammy, and I hope others avoid it.

We booked this place at random so we’d have a booking for the immigration paperwork. Then I realized we couldn’t cancel, so we stayed, though I know that was my mistake. I still wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Some rooms have no windows. The ones with windows are extremely noisy because they’re right beside a highway. The people there weren’t particularly friendly or helpful.
