I've lost parcels at B4 many times. Now couriers have to leave small parcels in the lobby, and we must collect them within 3 hours or be charged RM5. What if that falls during our working hours? The lifts to the car park also require two transfers, and lift cleaning from 6 to 7.30 is a real disruption when people are heading to work. I advise people not to stay or buy here, and renting as a tenant isn't recommended either. Stupid management.

This was my second visit to the management office, and I left disappointed again. The same Malay female staff member attended to me both times. She kept using her phone while I was asking for help, barely paid attention to my questions, and came across as perfunctory rather than sincere or professional. My first visit had the same lack of responsibility and unprofessional attitude. For an office dealing with smart locks and residents' concerns, this service isn't acceptable. I hope management takes it seriously and improves staff professionalism and service.

I'm not renewing my contract. The parcel system is one of the things that put me off this apartment so quickly, along with difficult management or unhelpful security. A delivery guy couldn't leave my package because the locker was full, and he wasn't allowed to put it down anywhere. I was working in an office far away. Even when a parcel does fit, it has to be picked up within 3 hours or there's a charge. Whose dumb idea was that?

The app was impossible to register for, and my parcel got delayed because of it. I even had to cancel my travel plans over this ridiculous parcel locker system. Trash. Don't rent here.
