The Mews KLCC by Five Senses

The host was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer our questions. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool and gym, and the building felt peaceful and secure despite being in the heart of KLCC, within a short walk of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The Mews KLCC was clean and comfortable, just as described. Our apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and well equipped. Fresh linens, a clean kitchen, a washer/dryer, and clear instructions were thoughtful touches. We had a fantastic stay and would choose it again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The service was so good it felt like staying in a 5 stars hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and cosy design, plus the full furnishings, 5 stars bathtub, modern contemporary kitchen cabinets, and big fridge.

The view from the 33rd floor was good, honestly not worse compared to Patronas lol. There was plenty of space and the internet worked great. Avenue K is about 10 minutes away, and there’s a good restaurant, Rehan, nearby. It seems like a good place for a couple of weeks. We booked through Airbnb and had a bit of trouble getting access because the guard didn’t want to let us in. The problem was sorted out within 20 minutes.

Above average overall. We stayed at the Mews for two nights. It’s conveniently near KLCC, though a fair distance from the MRT stations. Security is good, but the card access system was only partly working. The apartment is spacious and adequately equipped, but could use a refreshed ID. It feels old and dull, perhaps because of the lighting. Toiletries were basic, and the towels looked overused. The pool and other facilities are adequate, but they’re on level 6, surrounded by tall neighboring towers, so the views aren’t the best. Check-in could be quicker. We waited standing at the guard house for more than 10 minutes despite giving advance notice, and there was nowhere to sit. Checkout, though, was efficient.
