We just wrapped up a 2-night stay and were very satisfied. Haziqy was amazing and helped us switch to a room type with a stunning Mountain View. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and staff were always smiling and helpful. The room was fine, though we had to ask for a few amenities to be refilled. They responded quickly.

We stayed for one night on Sunday, 24/8/25. The master bedroom and single room were neat and clean. We got a promotion price at RM 150++ because it was new and had recently opened to the public. My daughter even gave her honest review of the hotel in the attached photo. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again when going to Genting!
