I booked a balcony view as requested, but the room was on the 4th floor and the outside balcony area was so dirty that I couldn’t enjoy the view. There was no mineral water in the room either, a basic item most hotels provide. Moving a cabinet revealed thick dust and dirt underneath, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cleanliness was a major problem, and the room quality didn’t match the price. I expected more from Ion Delemen Premier Suite, Genting Highlands, but the stay was very disappointing and fell short of basic hospitality standards and attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made.

It’s peaceful, well organised, and has a great view. Basic goods are hard to find because it’s away from the center.

If you’re on a budget, I’d consider this hotel. I booked last minute around 11pm, and the stay was pretty nice overall. Shoutout to ion delemen 🙏

The place felt neglected and unhygienic. The carpet was dusty and dirty, and there were stains, visible hair, and thick dust across several parts of the floor. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and smelled unpleasant. Housekeeping opened our door without knocking or checking whether we were inside. The staff didn’t seem trained to deal with guests professionally. For the price, both the quality and service were unacceptable. Ascent Suite @ Ion Delemen was the worst suite I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it and will never stay here again.
