Forum Hotel Penang

There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the location was convenient. The property seemed quite new, so everything felt clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. More than anything, the staff were so friendly and ready to help, which made the stay better. This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip in Malaysia. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here before, and the staff service is excellent. It's my first choice whenever I visit Penang. The beds are comfortable and gave me good rest after long travel days, and there's enough parking if you're driving. One thing to fix: the lobby carpet can catch the feet of people walking away from the sofa. It'd be better to remove it or place it so it doesn't cause trips. I highly recommend the hotel and will return on my next visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Mine was right in front of the elevator, which worried me at first, but it turned out to be very quiet and I wasn't disturbed. The stay was smooth and enjoyable apart from the deposit communication. Nobody made it clear in advance that the deposit had to be paid in cash or by credit card, so I had to rush to an ATM for cash, which was inconvenient. I'd still consider coming back.

The room was a decent size, and the bed and pillows were comfy. It's new, modern, and clean, with central attractions within walking distance. The downside was the lack of soundproofing: we could easily hear neighbors talking and laughing, which made it uncomfortable for us to talk and relax.
