This was the worst budget hotel I’ve stayed in, even though I’m usually fine with budget places on holiday. I’d told them I had a baby, so we were given a room on the third floor. There’s no lift, and when we arrived nobody was at reception. Once I found the receptionist, I explained we had three suitcases and couldn’t manage the stairs to the third floor. He agreed to move us to the ground floor, near the shared toilet. The room felt like a storeroom and seemed like the worst one. The toilet was dirty, the carpet was filthy, and the shampoo and body soap bottles were already open. The shower head wasn’t attached properly. We could smell people smoking in the next room, and we killed four cockroaches. We stayed one night. Good luck to anyone choosing to stay here!

The room was comfortable and nice. Getting around Georgetown was easy with Grab and local buses available. The only downside is that the bathroom isn’t attached to the room. It’s listed on Oyo.

For a budget hotel, it’s cheap and worth the price. The setting is quiet and comfortable, with privacy and good customer service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking space for people with cars. It’s in the middle of town, with buses easy to catch. Gurney Drive is opposite, and Gurney Plaza, the hospital, and Komtar are among the nearby facilities. The beach and Batu Feringghi area are also easy to reach.

Really bad. The room was dirty, with cigarette butts everywhere and hair all over the bed. You have to go outside to use the toilet.

The price didn’t feel justified, and the service was poor. The toilet is outside the room, and the door lock system had problems.
