We had two young children with us, including a five-month-old, and both got bitten by mosquitoes during our stay. They kept getting into and out of the accommodation, and management hadn’t provided a proper way to deal with them. It felt like a health and safety concern. The management also wouldn’t offer a refund or discount, which other places in the Georgetown area would have done at the very least. This was the worst overseas accommodation my family and I have stayed in, and it ruined our holiday in Penang. Avoid it.
