The location is great, and the service was quick and responsive. The room itself is spacious, but the old carpet leaves a bad smell, the toilet isn't very clean, and the air-conditioning feels much too stuffy. I wish the room were better maintained. If you do have to stay here, opening the window may help you sleep better.

I chose this hotel for how close it is to the Rantau Panjang Immigration check point. There’s parking if you’re driving, and the room was huge, with two twin beds, a cupboard, wall fan, television, kettle, and instant 3 in 1 coffee sachets. The air-conditioning worked really well. There’s no lift to the first floor, though, and I noticed lots of wires along the hallway wall, as if the wiring was still in progress.

The service was good, and it’s a good hotel, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The area’s also got a very slow connection.

The room felt boring, and the TV that was supposed to be provided had no signal, so I couldn’t watch anything. This wasn’t up to the required standard, and management seemed to care less.
