There was plenty of parking, with valet parking as another option. The property was fully furnished, and check-in directions were easy to follow. Security staff were helpful, and there's a convenience store on the ground level that's open 24/7.

The location up near the top works well for avoiding traffic around mid hill. At midnight the fog gets unbelievably thick, and it's windy and chilly. A great place to stay.

For a trip to Genting Highlands, this is a decent place to stay. I regret coming, though, because I expected much more access to nature. The only road you're allowed to use goes to the casino and back. Since I don't gamble, I feel like I wasted my time here.

The room doors kept making noise and the sink was clogged, so the service and room were both awful. Then the kitchen crew messed up our paratha order. It was frozen and really pricey, RM 16 for 3 pieces. When my husband raised his voice to ask why there was so little, they finally said, “Sorry sir, not yet ready.” Why tell us it was our order in the first place if it wasn't ready? Worst stay ever!
