We got the deluxe king room, which was bright and spacious, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. The place was clean, fresh, and modern. It’s close to reception, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear other people, but it was generally quiet and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance, and the location is fantastic. Staff were friendly, and we appreciated that housekeeping only came if requested. Free toiletries too. We were nervous after reading other reviews, but loved it and would happily stay again!

The location was handy, and the hotel could be a decent place to stay, but the water problems made my visit uncomfortable. The heater wasn’t working at first; after I contacted the front desk, they fixed that. Later, there was no water at all. When I reported it, staff said other guests were having the same issue, but couldn’t say when it would be resolved or offer another solution. I understand that technical faults happen, but I wanted clearer updates and quicker action. I ended up checking out a day early and asked for a refund. Since I’d booked through Agoda, they told me only Agoda could issue it. I’m still waiting.

Great value for the price. It’s quiet and well located, with bus stops nearby and a mall about a five minute walk away. The room was cozy, colorful, and clean, and the bathroom was clean too, with all the amenities.

Room #5 had a strong smell, and I hope the cleaning crew gives it a deep clean. There’s no elevator, so keep the stairs in mind when packing and make sure you’re comfortable climbing them. The place is right in the heart of Georgetown, which makes it handy for exploring on a budget.

The room was comfortable and clean, and reasonably priced. I also loved the service and the great location.
