We stayed five nights during CNY. The location is central and convenient, with good food within walking distance. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and both the water pressure and hot water were very good. All the front office staff and room cleaners were friendly and helpful. The cleaner even checked whether we wanted the room cleaned. I'd recommend it to budget travellers.

I liked that they provided a sejadah for Muslim guests, and there was a jug to refill at the water station near the lift. My request for a room away from the lift was also taken care of. There was a hair dryer in the room, while irons were only available in the common area. The staff were friendly. It's conveniently close to 1st avenue, Komtar and Prangin mall, as well as other restaurants and attractions. A comfortable one-night stay in town, with a clean room and comfortable bed.

I've stayed here before, and the customer service deserves five stars. All the staff were friendly, helpful and smiling throughout my four-night stay. Thanks to Vidya for arranging a late checkout when my flight was delayed.

The room is small and basic, but the service makes up for it. Extra towels and pillows were no problem. The LPR parking system is years ahead of hotels in KL that still require physical validation at reception. Very good for the price and location.

Cititel Express made the trip easier thanks to its strategic spot within walking distance of local attractions and great food. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and good. Staff were very friendly, and check-in was fast and efficient. I'd recommend it to travellers who want to stay in the heart of the city.
