The location made it easy to find food, with plenty of eateries just a few doors away, and the front desk was helpful. Housekeeping did a great job during our stay. We spent four nights at Frame hotel, my sisters and I, using two king rooms. Both beds were comfortable, and the rooms had a safe and a decent-sized mini fridge. Room views depend on the floor. I was on the second floor and didn't have much of a view, while my sisters on the sixth had a great one, so ask for a higher floor if that matters to you. We appreciated the daily bottled water, the lobby dispenser, and the kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom supplies were also excellent, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to razors, shaving cream, a shower cap, shampoo, and body wash. The Wi-Fi was occasionally slow and patchy, but that was a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay, and felt the hotel was good value for money.

The food court nearby and the Japanese bakery next door were handy. I stayed at frame for two nights at the end of January. The room was fine, though nothing special. The floor felt a little sticky and there was rust on the sink faucet, but warm water came quickly. You can refill water on the ground floor. For the price, I think there are better choices.

Our three-bed room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff were nice. The main drawback was the limited halal food nearby, just one or two places within a five-minute walk.

The shower temperature was easy to adjust to a pleasantly hot setting, and the new aircon smelled fresh. The room and bath towels were clean. Good location and good value for money.

There are plenty of food stalls nearby, and the location worked well for us. We had a premium king room, and it was clean. The staff were friendly. They knew we had come from another state and reminded us to download a parking app if we were driving. At 11 in the morning, they also called to ask whether we needed room service.
