We spent six days and five nights at G Hotel Kelawai from February 21 to 26, with two rooms, and it became one of our most memorable hotel stays. The security team were professional, friendly and always greeted us with smiles. They helped with our luggage, loaded it into the car and even opened the doors. Those small gestures made a big difference. Mr. Louis at the front desk also made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. He was warm, genuinely smiling and calm, while handling check-in professionally and carefully. He recommended local food spots and nearby attractions, which we appreciated as travelers who enjoy exploring. Subject to availability, he also arranged a late check-out without us having to ask, making the trip more relaxed. We've traveled a lot, and the service here felt beyond the usual five-star standard. It wasn't only efficient, it came from the heart. We'll definitely return and highly recommend G Hotel Kelawai to anyone looking for a special stay.

We had a great stay, and even got a birthday cake. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff and security were very welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, there was porch parking on site, and they greeted us with dessert when we arrived to check in. Thanks for the lovely stay and birthday cake!

G Hotel Kelawai has been my regular choice for years, and it keeps delivering. The rooms are spotless, service is consistently excellent, and each visit feels easy from start to finish. It's convenient for both work and leisure, with Gurney Plaza and Paragon Mall just steps away and the attractions along Gurney Drive close by. On my recent visit, they surprised me with a birthday cake. I hadn't expected it, and it really touched me. This hotel feels like a home away from home, and I always look forward to returning. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang.

For our family's annual CNY gathering, I booked several rooms across separate reservations for relatives returning to Penang. We stayed 4D3N at G HOTEL Kelawai, and loved the beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms. Shopping and dining at Gurney Plaza and Paragon were so convenient. A special mention for Mr. Louis Law at the front desk. He was friendly, polite, cheerful and welcoming, and handled everything quickly and carefully. With so many rooms and bookings, he checked each reservation and clearly explained the details, inclusions, benefits and government fees. His guest service was excellent. We're very happy and will definitely enjoy our stay at G Hotel Kelawai.

We chose this hotel for a short three-night getaway before the CNY 2026 celebrations. The service from check-in through checkout was outstanding, especially the attentive care from Banun. We're glad we picked this place and would recommend it to young families. The facilities and service feel very welcoming, particularly for families with small children.
