The room is huge and the location’s really good. One of the bedrooms at the back is ideal if you’re sensitive to road noise at night. The place next door is now a cafe, so there’s no need to worry about the Karaoke mentioned in an earlier review.

It’s extremely spacious and so central to Georgetown. The beds and sofa were great, and we loved staying here. Irfan communicated clearly. The only thing that bothered me was traffic noise from the main bedroom when I was trying to sleep.

The location worked perfectly for us, and traffic noise that other reviews mentioned wasn’t a problem during our stay. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the staff were kind and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean. Our large rooms were divided into a lounge, kitchenette, and bedroom, with a very comfortable big king bed and a huge bathroom. We had a great stay.

We booked directly through the hotel website and chose the two-bedroom suite. It actually sleeps only five adults, but there were six of us, so we paid an extra-person surcharge. That included the sofa bed with linen, pillow, duvet, towel, and toiletries. The unit felt nice and spacious, and the whole family liked the fantastic location. There was plenty of equipment: a big fridge, microwave, water filter, kettle, cutlery and crockery, two TVs, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, closets with hangers in both rooms, and toiletries. There’s also a washing machine. We couldn’t work out the dryer, but were still glad to get the laundry done. Air conditioning runs throughout, the water heater worked well with good pressure, and the handy dining table seats four. Despite facing a busy street, the front room was surprisingly quiet. The blackout curtains blocked all the light. We liked using an access code instead of keys, since we could go our separate ways and let ourselves in when we returned. The main drawback was having just one bathroom, with the shower and toilet together, but we managed fine. There’s no lobby. If you need to store bags, that’s at the sister hotel, Hutton Central, a short walk down Jalan Hutton. Checkout instructions came over WhatsApp, and we followed them for a self-checkout. Thanks to Mr. Irfan for quick, detailed answers to my questions before booking, Mr. Selva for letting us know we could check in early, and Mr Adam and his colleague for an easy check-in and clear directions. Mr. Kovalan followed up to check everything was okay. The young lady and maintenance staff sorted out our stuck sink, and the housekeeping staff were lovely.
