The room itself was wonderful: spacious, clean, with amazing windows and a smart TV. The bathroom is completely transparent, so I’d say it’s suited to couples or solo guests rather than colleagues, family, or friends. We changed hotels during our trip, and honestly I wished we’d stayed here the whole time because it cost less and the room was much nicer than the others. There isn’t a traditional lobby or reception, which made check-in a little confusing at first. But a nice lobby matters less to me than a great room. Highly, highly recommend 👍

A very nice hotel with helpful staff. There were mosquitoes in room 102, but when we reported them, staff promptly moved us to another room.

We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is a cozy, nicely decorated two-storey place converted from 5 shop lots, with a Chinese fine dining restaurant on the ground floor. The room was spacious and the price reasonable. It’s a bit far from places to eat, though you can always take grab. There was no hand towel in the room, and the staff member who answered the phone could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Our plans changed, so we asked the hotel if we could cancel without a fee even though the booking was non-refundable. They got back to us quickly and agreed right away. That’s excellent service. We’ll stay with you next time we visit George Town. Thank you so much!
