Broadway Budget Hotel

The location is the main plus, with street art and lots of makan places just a short walk away. Finding parking takes luck, or you may have to drive around looking, though public parking is available. My room was fine for sleeping. There’s a hot shower, a TV we didn’t use, and an iron in the hallway. There’s no lift and the stairs are steep. We were on Level 3, and climbing up with three kids was tiring. A decent stay, mostly because of where it is.

Street Arts and Padang Mahkota are within walking distance, which made the location handy. Parking was hard to find. The building has three storeys and isn’t suitable for elders, OKU, or anyone with knee problems. The room and toilet were okay, but there was a smell of smoke.

There’s no hotel parking, so you’ll need to park outside. Still, this was a very pleasant budget stay, with convenience stores all around and the main parts of Georgetown a short walk away. The staff were polite and helpful. Our spacious, clean room had A/C, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with some cable channels, and a hot-water shower. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean too.

This is a basic three-storey budget hotel, well placed for most of Georgetown’s attractions. There’s no lift, only stairs. The room comes with just a towel and soap, and there’s no water filter. Room service is available if you ask. You also have to ask reception to switch on the air conditioning and water heater. My stay was average; the service and room condition could be better.
