Everyone at LANDISON made us feel welcome, from the parking staff to the receptionists and the rest of the team. My first impression was outstanding, and the room was really nice and well maintained. My family and I were very happy with our stay. This will be my preferred hotel when I come back to Penang for leisure or work. Thanks to the whole LANDISON team, credit to all!

Parking worked well for us: the car went into a lift and was taken up, so we didn’t need to drive around looking for a spot. It did take some time to get the car back, though. The room was compact but comfortable and clean. The staff weren’t very attentive, and we had a bad check-in that ruined the evening.

The guard was more welcoming than the receptionist. The bathroom was okay, thankfully, but the room felt like a budget room and wasn’t spacious enough for two beds, especially at that price. Luckily, we were only there for one night.

The lobby decorations were lovely, and they offer free drinks there. The service was good, and the TVs have YouTube and other things. There are three rooms and lots of space, so it’s very suitable for a stay with family or friends. I had to take a taxi to get anywhere, which was a bit of a letdown for me, but overall it was good!

I had a really comfortable stay. I accidentally left my belongings behind, and Yuvin at reception went out of his way to help. He tracked down the Grab details and personally passed them to the Grab driver in the lobby, which made a big difference. I’m very grateful for his kindness and excellent service.
