Tipsy Tiger Party Hostel

There’s something happening every night, and Wednesday and Saturday bring beer pong tournaments. I stayed two nights and highly recommend the place, whether you’re sleeping here or just dropping in to start your night. It’s easy to meet cool people and have a good time. Everyone gets kicked out at 1145pm, so you can sleep at night.

We were hoping for a no-party hostel, so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. If partying is what you’re after, you’re in the right spot; for a quiet stay, this isn’t it. Our big dorm had good beds but no privacy. The bathrooms were clean, the common area was pretty good, and breakfast was very good.

This is a filthy party hostel, pretty much what you expect. The beds are nice, though they squeak along with the coitus noises at 3 in the morning. Rooms are large and relaxing, maybe too relaxing for people who want everyone clothed. The bar is great, and there are free drinks every night. Be patient and you may not need to buy a drink all night. Showers and toilets work well and are super clean. Go for a few nights to get hammered and meet awesome people. Don’t expect sleep. Don’t go to sleep.

The social scene was really good, and the staff made an effort to get everyone involved. Two free drinks were a nice touch, and breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly, too. It could use more bathrooms and better cleaning. There weren’t many places to relax during the day, or when you didn’t feel like drinking much.
