The heater in our room didn't work, and there were no water bottles or extra blankets. We also had to go somewhere else to pick up the key after booking, about 500 metres away. A very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

The elevator is incredibly quick. Be prepared to wait an hour for it 👍👍👍 Check-in, on the other hand, was faster than at any hotel I've seen.

Please change the contact number. It's a personal number now, and your customers keep calling and messaging me. It's really bothering me, so please update it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've already started planning another trip here. This is my second time staying, and it's still one of the best places.

Everything else was perfect, but I was a little disappointed by how clean the room was.
