We stayed in a penthouse for our first visit, and the unit was in much better shape than I expected. It can comfortably fit 10-15 people, so it works well for a larger family. Nights here are really peaceful.

The reception team, Shima, Adibah and Husna, were lovely and accommodating. We had a relaxing 3 days and 2 nights at Genting View Resort. The town is about 5 minutes away, which suited us since we wanted to be close to the trees and sounds of nature. Our room was spacious, with a sofa, table and a good flat smart TV. The bathroom was clean, and the water heater worked perfectly.

I've come back here with my family many times. The place is clean and the service is good, especially from the polite, friendly guards. You'll need to drive a little, but that's fine. Petrol stations, restaurants, marts, a food court and the Goh Tong Jaya area are all nearby.

Shima, Sya and Amy were especially friendly and efficient, and they made our stay more enjoyable. The staff welcomed us warmly, and we were given a free king bed upgrade after they learned we were travelling with kids. Our family had plenty of room, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. There was a minor problem with the key card, but the staff fixed it quickly and without fuss. We'd happily return.

The room and bed were really spacious, and everything was clean and well looked after. For the price, it feels like a bargain. Shima, Husna and Adibah were so friendly and gave me lots of tips on places to eat. I'll definitely come back.
