The window had a lovely view, and the room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated. We were on Level 36 unit 9. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained, with fresh linens and complimentary toiletries. I'd definitely come back and recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼

The kitchen was well equipped, and the place felt spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had smooth check-in and checkout, with professional service from the front office, and the lively areas were within walking distance. No smart TV or complimentary coffee or tea, but that wasn't a big issue for us.

Our holiday in Genting was ruined by the worst stay I've had. The room wasn't clean to any standard, with ants on the kids' beds and cockroaches outside in the yard. I asked to move, but they wanted to charge extra even though I'd paid for a premium family room. I also requested cleaning while we were out at the Genting resort. It wasn't done then, and they started at 11 pm, so I was angry and left for home that same night. Such a waste of money. There was no manager on site for me to raise complaints with, and staff had poor customer service skills. Management and service were poor, and staff were too busy on their phones. I'll never stay at a Flash Group managed hotel again.

There were two bedrooms, one with a large bed and the other with a single bed, and the balcony had a lovely view. The apartment was neat and clean, and it had cooking utensils, a fridge, washing machine, hot water, TV, and racks for drying clothes outside. There's no AC, only fans, but the cool climate made it comfortable. It had everything we needed for a convenient stay, and we had a great time. The building also stands out as the tallest in the area.
