The room itself was okay, but one cooking wok wasn’t enough. Staff service was poor and they need more training. I followed the check-in instructions to the main lobby on level 3, but staff there said to go to the other side. When I went there, I was sent back to the main lobby, where the staff didn’t check things properly. The Booking.com details were confusing. I booked two rooms, but ended up with two apartments containing four bedrooms in total, and the listing wasn’t clear. I asked both the property owner and Booking.com for a refund, but each said it couldn’t be refunded and told me to contact the other. My RM400++ is gone. Booking.com’s system caused the problem, but we had to pay. Ridiculous.

It was a quiet place, and we really enjoyed staying here as a family. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on concrete. The washer had no instructions, and its switch was at the opposite end of the kitchen. The washer-dryer combo also wouldn’t dry the clothes. There was mold in the bathroom. The taps in both the kitchen and bathroom had no hot water, and the shower only gave a small amount of hot water. When we asked about hot water in the kitchen, we were told to use the kettle. That’s not how a sink works. The neighbours partied until 1 AM, and the staff did nothing when we complained.

I stayed from 8/6 to 8/7, and the place wasn’t clean at all. There was lots of hair on the floor when I checked in, and the floor was super dirty. The sofa was dirty too. Check-in at the counter was good, but the stay and what happened after checkout were awful. On checkout day, they said they’d email us an invoice, but I still hadn’t received it by 8/11. I emailed to ask and got no reply. There was no WhatsApp number, so I tried calling the number listed on Google Maps and got a message saying it wasn’t in service. The number from Booking.com didn’t even ring. Can you just say something?
