There was plenty of room despite having just the essentials, a couple of small tables and chairs, and beds with one large bed plus a bunk bed. I was surprised the open space kept the windowless room from feeling claustrophobic. The furniture surfaces were quite dusty, though the toilet was clean. From the doors, room, and beds, this hotel looked more like a hostel. The other surprise was finding a Smart TV. I think this room would suit people staying in the area for a couple of days.

The location was the main drawback for me, since getting to major attractions meant taking a taxi. It was fine for a night or two, though. The air conditioning and shower worked well, and they had tea, coffee, and free water at reception. There was a TV, but not many channels, and 7/11 and KK mart were about a 10-minute walk away. The bed felt too soft, and the sheet kept coming loose overnight. I could also hear noise from other rooms. At checkout I had to remind them about my 50 ringgit key deposit. They returned it when I asked, but I expected it to be handled automatically.

Such a waste of money. The room was dirty, the blanket smelled, and there were cracks in the walls. The electrical outlet felt unsafe, and the window panel was in bad shape. Please look at the room before paying.

The front desk staff were helpful and paid attention to our safety as we came and went. The hotel is outside Ipoh city centre, which also meant it wasn't crowded and parking was convenient. There are no parking fees at the moment.
