The staff were unprofessional. There was a cockroach in the room, and in the middle of the night someone knocked on our door and called out a room number. I called reception, but the response wasn't helpful: “there's nobody there now, right?” Please avoid this hotel. There wasn't even a single apology. I saw the cockroach in the morning as we were leaving. The knocking was disturbing, and it woke both of us from sleep. Your reply makes it sound like this has happened before. Even if the person was a long-term resident, does he have the right to knock on someone else's door? The staff's response didn't help either. We booked online, but when we arrived the receptionist said there was no booking. They treated us unprofessionally, and we had to wait a long time to check in.

The room was filthy, and water leaked into it from the toilet. We woke up to find all our stuff wet. They also charged an extra RM10 per person, even though the room is for two. Who charges hotel guests per person? It's not an amusement park. Daylight robbery. Don't book here.

Please think ten times before booking or checking in here. The night staff need to speak to and treat customers with more respect, and the hotel itself needs to improve. The worst hotel in Bercham.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and telco coverage in the room is poor, even though I can get 5G outside. Not worth RM90.

The staff were friendly, and the room was reasonably clean, but soundproofing was poor. I could hear people talking in the other room. The room is on a quiet road, though most nearby shoplots were closed. The toilet had no toiletries, towel or hair dryer, but the water heater worked. The bed felt cheap, the TV had no remote, and there was only one power socket beside the TV, so we had to take turns using it. The air conditioner worked, and parking was free.
