We had a pleasant stay at Casuarina Meru in two deluxe rooms. They were spacious, comfortable, and smelled nice. There were two TVs in each room, so we could watch what we preferred. We tried the hi tea and breakfast, and both were good with plenty of choices. My child vomited while eating, and the staff cleaned it up as quickly as they could so the customers at the next table wouldn't be disturbed. Thanks for acting so promptly. The bell boy, front desk, and coffee house staff all provided good service and were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and, insyaAllah, will come back.

One of the best services in town. The standout was the counter staff member wearing a green baju melayu during asar on aidil adha. Such a cool guy, he really deserves a raise.

The view over Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah was superb. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly. Nice work, Casuarina.

The staff were nice, but the soundproofing was awful. I could clearly hear people dragging furniture around upstairs. Luckily, I was only there for one night.
