The room itself was only acceptable for a short stay, and the air-conditioning and water heater worked well. We were moved to a double room. They refunded the price difference, but changing the booking so late felt unprofessional and was disappointing. I hadn't booked at the last minute. Parking is limited despite the elevated parking area. If you get back late, you may have to use the lower grass area next door. The surrounding area is known to flood, according to older news reports, so that could be a worry in rainy weather, though it should be fine when it's dry. I also saw similar booking problems mentioned in Google reviews, so future guests might want to be cautious. For around RM100 more, you may find a more comfortable and dependable hotel.
