We ended up at Iconic because the high-star hotel was fully booked, and I’m glad we did. I got a warm welcome on WhatsApp soon after booking. We arrived a little late, but check-in was easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There’s no private parking, though public parking is available. Mydin Mall and Mamak Naina are within walking distance. The room was spacious enough for seven, with three queen beds and a sofa bed, and the price was very reasonable. I booked for two people and was told there’d be an extra charge for additional guests, which seemed fair. Best, best, best.

I’m posting this late about my stay back in July. The room was easy to reach by stairs on the first floor, handy if you’d rather not take the lift. It was clean and tidy, and there were three comfortable beds, two clean toilets, and three shower rooms, so it worked well for our group. The toilets were spacious and well kept, with a big mirror and good water pressure from the pipe. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone wanting clean, roomy accommodation with good service.

One of the best stays in Ipoh. The room was spacious, over 4++ aq ft, for a small price. Mydin Mall and plenty of eateries are within walking distance.

The family room comes with three queen-size beds and very professional staff. Believe it or not, there are two toilet cubicles and three shower cubicles, each with its own hot shower. I’d never experienced that before.

The room was spacious, clean, and convenient for our family of three, and it was child-friendly. I accidentally left my laundry bag in the lobby, so I called reception. They kindly arranged to have it couriered home. Thanks to Nita for going above and beyond to help sort this out, and kudos to the Iconic Team for the excellent service. I’ll definitely stay here again! :)
