The apartment has a really nice view, but the nearby cement factory means dust can be a real nuisance. The air pollution makes the balcony hard to use, though it's not a problem if you stay indoors. I also worry about parcel security. A few of my parcels have gone missing. When I reported it to the management office, the officer didn't seem interested in helping, and nothing notable was done to sort it out. Even delivery drivers are afraid to bring parcels here because missing parcels seem common, and their pay might be deducted if a customer's parcel goes missing.

The facilities are amazing, and the condo has good security and a nice covered car park. It's easy to get to the tower, with the main entrance leading straight to the residents' lift, so there's no need to wander around. The place is quiet and cozy, great for a staycation with friends or family. It's one of a kind, though getting there isn't easy since the location is set back from the main road. You need to know the roads to find it.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds and pillows, so it worked well for a big family. There was a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator in the unit. Verve property management provided good service, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The location is convenient, near Lotus Ipoh, Ninso, EcoRM2, Speedmart and other shops.
