So far, things have been good. The staff are friendly, and the Sabahan guy at the front desk is always helping me. The bed could be more comfortable, though. 👌

I’m a regular customer, and I’m very disappointed by what happened at the Puchong branch on the night of 4/12/25. I’d gone in as a walk-in, but the rooms were full. Since I’m from outstation, I left my overheated, broken-down car there and took a Grab to another hotel. When I came back on 5/12/25, I went in to get water for my car radiator. There was a dispenser, but the cashier refused to fill anything and told me there wasn’t one. I said I could pay for mineral water, but he turned me away and told me to get out of his shop. He spoke with his female manager, and they said I wasn’t a customer so I couldn’t use the dispenser. The cashier was a Sabah/Sarawak-looking male. Where’s the humanity? Avoid this selfish, heartless hotel.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning was stuck at 25 and felt too hot, with no way for us to change it. The bathroom door was also in terrible shape. I tried to open it and it broke instead. There wasn’t a foot towel either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

They were drilling again at 10 a.m. on another day, after first making a racket at 1 a.m. The night work only stopped once someone complained. If renovations were still going on, they shouldn’t have opened the hotel yet.

The aircon is cold, but it blows straight at your head. Otherwise, there’s no lift or amenities, and they don’t provide coffee, tea, a hair dryer, or even pillow covers. How is this supposed to be a boutique hotel?
