Not much is happening here, and the place is a bit run down, but I really enjoyed the roast pork at eOne Kopitiam. Whether you get it with rice or in the roast pork wantan noodle, it's delicious and crunchy. Best of all, it was only rm10.

TGV time out had a lovely, cozy waiting area and a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and humble, especially Mr.Sachien & Mr.Jeevan.
The Walk is clean and nicely lit, with attractive light decorations, and the JMB has done a great job looking after the landscaping. It can be a good place to hang out, though the crowds are hard to spot and Management needs to market it better for food and beverage businesses. Before MCO it was a lively spot. Since the supermarket renovation, it has the essentials but isn't fully stocked, perhaps because demand is lower. The porkie shop next door has also slowed down, though it's still well maintained. There are vacant shops in different blocks, and quite a few office lots amid the nice landscaping. Parking is easy if you know the right block, but a map in the lift or parking area would help. The first two hours are free when you shop at the supermarket. There are also several marts like KK mart, which makes it harder to see how the supermarket can compete with all the nearby convenience shops.
I like the outdoor setting more than the interiors of other malls I've visited. Some areas allow pets, though there are places where pets aren't allowed. Parking is free for the first hour, or for two hours if you park in the "Redtick" customer parking, subject to terms and conditions.
I went to the mall on 17.07.24. Its open layout has flowing water that looks like a river, which makes for an interesting design. There are lots of offices, salons and places to eat, but most shoplots are still empty. I also noticed many Korean-owned businesses.
