the tenant here was really rude. we stayed 1 night with the kids, and they shouted at us from below, then came by at night to tell us to be quiet. the swimming pool only opens at 10 am and checkout is at 11. not worth it, and we finally decided to check out early. worst experience, way too many rules for users and it ruined my holiday mood. luckily it was only 1 night

The room was filthy, with dust everywhere. Our WiFi wasn’t working, and no technician came to fix it. Management was rude and slow.

The room had a bad smell from the bed, mould on the pillow, dust that hadn’t been cleaned properly, and dead, strange insects by the curtains. There was no WiFi, and they said they couldn’t find a technician to repair it. The management was very impolite. Parking was frustrating too. We paid RM 10 for an extra spot, but could only leave the car at the roadside, not in the car park. The afternoon security guard entered our unit incorrectly, so they couldn’t find our car record and wouldn’t let us in. They also hadn’t told us to remember the access card number. It took about 15 minutes to find food in the area.

The unit itself was perfect, but the staff and management ruined the stay. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, shouting at tenants and scolding them over petty matters. One Chinese man driving a black Volkswagen (QA8826) was especially disrespectful. I’m very disappointed and frustrated by the way tenants are treated.

The house was cool, but the place looked spooky. We booked an Airbnb and couldn’t make noise because of the neighbours.
