Espira Kinrara

The pool, along with the kids' pool, was the main highlight, and it kept the children happy. In the room, the TV had only basic channels, the bathroom and toilet lights were too dim, and stains remained on the comforter. Cleanliness was disappointing, and the rest of the stay fell below expectations. The room did have an iron, an Al-Quran, a sejadah, and a mini fridge, which were the only good things apart from the pools.

We used the pool constantly, and it was beautiful, with lovely plants and water features. The place felt relaxing, the staff were attentive, and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. We loved the property and the atmosphere, and we're already planning to return. Highly recommend it.

Luckily, the ambience was good, but breakfast wasn't up to par and the stay wasn't worth the money. I was there for two nights. At noon on the second day, a staff member came to the pool and shouted at us to leave, saying it was closed and only the kids' pool could be used. Why make such a fuss? They could have spoken properly or announced the closure earlier. Check-in was messy because the resort staff seemed overwhelmed by the many bookings. It was school holiday, so they should have been ready for customers. The room wasn't cleaned properly, with dust everywhere, dirty linen, and no tissue or slippers. The bathroom was very dirty and stained.

The buffet breakfast was very satisfying, with plenty of choices, and the city-center location made public transport easy to reach. My children really enjoyed the stay, and the room was fairly comfortable, though the sink had a drainage problem.
