The food tasted like something from a five-star hotel, though I'd like more variety. Parking was really bad, and management should work on adding spaces in future, ideally with a roof. This was my second overnight stay, but I won't be coming back. The front desk staff need to be more courteous and polite. They shouldn't sit while serving customers, and should speak clearly and respectfully. The cafe staff should also greet customers with a smile instead of a fierce expression. Overall, I suggest staff get more training and management improve the rooms while keeping them good value for guests.

The room and food were decent, and the location was good, right in town with food outlets easy to find and Ipoh Parade mall nearby. Parking was limited. It was hard to find street parking during office hours, though at night it was easier. At lunch, a group of women were laughing and talking loudly. One of them seemed to work in the kitchen because she wore a kitchen uniform and went back there. Their behaviour was very inappropriate, and everyone at the other tables kept looking over. As a Muslim woman, I felt embarrassed seeing someone from my own community behave that way. I think your staff need attitude adjustment and training. She had uncovered hair and looked around 40 or older, I think.

Parking was inconvenient, even on weekdays. I had to spend time looking for a space because there are so few. Aside from that, my weekday stay was decent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking needs improvement.

I stayed for a week and never got to park inside the compound because spaces were extremely limited. The room also wasn't spacious. We needed an extra chair to work, but they didn't have one. Service was okay, and the cleaners were helpful.
