The bedding was the one good part, clean and comfortable, but the stay didn’t justify the price. On arrival, we were told our booked unit was under maintenance and asked to take another one. The replacement was old and poorly maintained. There was visible algae and green staining outside, making surfaces slippery and unsafe. The outdoor area wasn’t properly set up for a BBQ either, with no suitable seating and an unstable table. After checkout, communication became stressful and unprofessional, with repeated disputes about late checkout and alleged missing items, even though we’d raised concerns about the property’s condition from the start. The stay didn’t match what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

For our New Year celebration, our family group of 24 had no proper dining table or kitchen setup for a large group. The fish pond was extremely dirty, and the rusted BBQ grill and flies were there before we even went into the house. The cutlery and kitchen area were unclean, and we had to mop the outdoor corridor ourselves before using it. When we brought up our concerns, the owner was rude and unhelpful. We had no choice but to carry on with the celebration, but it was the worst homestay we’ve experienced and not worth the money. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and improves cleanliness and service.

The host was impolite and had no good manners with guests. The place was poorly cleaned, smelled bad, and wasn’t worth what we paid. I wouldn’t choose it again or recommend it.

There are four bedrooms, lots of beds, room to park four cars, and plenty of space. Cleanliness was a problem, though: there were droppings and dust on the bedsheets and beds, and we had to clean all the air conditioner filters before using them. There were lots of cockroaches and only two bathrooms. There are CCTV cameras inside the house, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

We didn’t stay overnight, but the rooms looked very big and spacious. It’s a great spot for a gathering, with a calming, roomy environment. My family and friends had a lovely time, especially in the pool. Definitely recommend it.
