The room is small, but there’s still space to move around the bed. For Muslims, it’s a tight fit if you want to pray inside. The bed and pillows are on the firm side, though comfortable. Coffee and tea sachets and a small fridge are provided. All the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a lift, and you need to tap your room key card to use it. The lobby and reception are small but cozy, with several seats. The location is handy for Perak Stadium and Kinta City Mall. I wasn’t keen on the see-through glass toilet wall, though there’s a shower curtain for privacy. The toilet was clean, and I’d give it 7.8/10. Water pressure is great. The AC takes a while to cool the room, so be patient.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room and toilet were clean and well maintained. We hadn’t stayed here in five years, but it used to be our favorite staycation whenever we came back to our Ipoh hometown, so it was nice to see the upkeep. I hope management keeps it up. We’d like to return. It would be more convenient if each room came with two key cards, and the pillows could use replacing.

For a budget hotel, the price is good, it’s affordable, easy to get to, and the lobby has a nice view. I’d recommend it. We did find a leaking pipe in the toilet, and there was a crack in the wall with light coming through. Still, it was okay overall. Please maintain the place and make a few improvements.

The room was clean and roomy enough for two, the staff were friendly, and parking was easy. A few things need attention: the toilet sink was clogged, the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, and I couldn’t get through when I called the operator. There was just one power socket in the room, which wasn’t convenient, and the glass provided was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
