The Stallionz Signature Suites is a nice-looking place, but the check-in service completely spoiled it for me. I arrived at the lobby at 9pm and spent 1 hour and 30 minutes in the queue just to check in. There was only one staff member handling everything, so the service was incredibly slow and frustrating. I won't stay here again. Very disappointing.

I was due to check in at 3pm, but ended up waiting more than 2 hours because management and communication were so poor. Even after all that, they still hadn't sorted out the check-in. The building has multiple private hosts managing it instead of one central front desk, so there's no immediate accountability when something goes wrong. After a long journey, standing around in the lobby for hours is unacceptable. You risk being left without check-in details, so avoid booking here. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Booking number 2015613878.

The rooms were clean, the facilities well maintained, and the service professional.
