The shower is fixed in the ceiling, but the bed was comfortable and the flush worked well. Hot water and water pressure stayed steady. There’s plenty of parking, plus a full-service third-party gym connected to the hotel, which is great. The coffee place inside serves high-quality coffee with good beans and a good machine.

The gym is excellent, full size and with plenty of amenities. The hotel itself was just okay and definitely needs renovation. The rooms are in good condition, but the corridors need freshening up. The old, stained carpet doesn’t look like something from a four-star hotel.

I tried the hotel's Ramadan buffet during my stay, but at RM100 per person I didn't feel it was worth the price. The roasted lamb, which should have been the main feature, was dry and short on flavor. The other dishes were fairly ordinary and didn't meet expectations either. I hope management improves the food quality. I wouldn't strongly recommend this buffet as it is now.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the city, and there’s basement parking. Check-in was smooth, and the counter staff member, a friendly and welcoming new hire who was tall and wore spectacles, made a good impression. Sorry I can't remember your name. There’s an Artisan cafe in the lobby too. I haven’t tried it, but it looks good!
