The management wouldn’t give a proper refund, only offering a late checkout or a different unit the next day. That wasn’t acceptable with conditions this unsanitary. Calls went unanswered, communication was inconsistent, and the only suggestion was to wait for staff while the bugs were still there. Pest control was tried, but the insects came back within minutes. Cockroaches and other bugs showed up in the bathroom, refrigerator, and at night, making it impossible to shower or sleep comfortably. I recently stayed at Almas Suites, and the hygiene problem was severe enough to make the apartment uninhabitable. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. I’ve spent months in tropical climates without anything like this, so the weather doesn’t explain it. Almas Suites became a “bug paradise” instead of a livable condo. If hygiene, comfort, and reliable service matter to you, I strongly advise avoiding the property. Management’s refusal to take responsibility or offer a fair refund shows a lack of professionalism.

The place is affordable and nice, but security was only pleasant until checkout. After that, one guard started ordering me around like I was his dog. Management should look into it.

It’s affordable, but the location is quite far from the city, and parking was a problem since you have to use your own lot. Check-in is with security.

I come here when I need a break from the city noise. It’s peaceful, and depending on the unit, you can get a lovely sea view 😊
