Bary Inn KLIA Transit Hotel

Mohammed at the desk seemed fed up with us and only gave vague answers. The lobby stank, and our room was tiny, about the size of my bathroom. Its door didn’t lock, the water smelled bad, and the room itself stank too. The bed had mysterious stains. We had no WiFi in our room, and if you’re at the end of the corridor, there’s no WiFi for you. It was horrendous. I’d give it a 0 if I could, but that’s not possible, to borrow Abby Lee smith’s famous words. Don’t go there.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s water refill. It was nice and clean. I couldn’t explore the area, though I did see some restos around. It’s 15 mins from KLIA-KLIA2.

The bad smell reached from the room through the whole hallway, and the WiFi was weak and unstable. In the bathroom, water pooled because the drainage was poor. The towels were dirty, and they didn’t provide toothbrushes or a kettle or hot water maker for drinking. The room was dusty and dirty, and housekeeping was poor. Staff slammed doors loudly again and again while cleaning, making the whole hallway noisy. It was a disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. 😭😭

We booked this hotel 3 months in advance, but only when we checked in did they tell us our reservation wasn’t in their system because of a management change. We hadn’t received any notice beforehand. Luckily, we called the boss, who said he could help us with it. Thank you for handling that professionally. I really hope they improve the system, the room, and the hotel lobby. The place now looks abandoned and poorly maintained. 💆‍♀️💆‍♀️💆‍♀️💆‍♀️
