Hotel O Madeena Inn

With the window facing a main road and a large construction site, the noise was awful from around 8am. It wouldn't even close, so there were also mosquitoes, and it felt like trying to sleep outdoors. The room window was just above a restaurant, too, which let in a huge amount of noise. The shower had no water. When I told the receptionist, he just smiled and said the pump was broken and he couldn't help. The next morning, the water dispenser was empty. I asked the same staff member where I could get drinking water, and he answered from the sofa that the water had run out. When I asked if there was another source, he said no. He was unbelievably careless. The reception staff were useless and didn't help with anything. If the owner reads this, please speak to them. The whole stay was a nightmare.

I was very satisfied with the friendly reception staff and the customer service. The hotel is clean and affordable, the AC worked well, and there's a restaurant downstairs. There are also convenience shops and gas stations nearby.

I missed my flight while on holiday and needed an inexpensive, dependable place for the night. The service was great and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to both local guests and foreigners.

The rooms were spotless and the service was fantastic. Nayeem was so friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
