A handy place to stop near KL airport for a night between flights. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful with both check-in and checkout, and the room felt fair for the price. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and the air conditioning worked well. There were no windows, so no natural light, but that was fine for one night. There was also a nice little market just around the corner.

A quiet hotel that works well for a night or two before or after a flight. The room was a little small for two people, though still acceptable. Staff were friendly, and there were lots of nearby food options, from fast food and restaurants to convenience stores. Kipmall is nearby too.

My room was compact, but since I was travelling alone with little luggage, it worked out fine. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was properly hot. There was a strong sweet, chemical smell in the room, though. The reception staff were very friendly and gave me helpful suggestions about nearby places to eat. There are plenty of choices close by, from chain restaurants to local spots and food stalls. The staff member who drove me to the airport for an early flight was pleasant to chat with. It's a handy KL stop for an overnight stay before travelling onward, and I'd stay again in that situation.

The neighbours' toilets flushing could be heard clearly, there was no soundproofing at all, and hotel workers were drilling and hammering nails at 8 in the morning. The toilet bowl was stained, and the bed was dusty, with four very soft pillows. There were only two towels and less than half a bottle of bath cream, with no other toiletries. A seriously bad night, even for a short stay. At RM100 a night, it wasn't worth it, not even for a one-star place.
