Aerotel Kuala Lumpur

This was our first time at Aerotel Airport hotel KLIA T2, and we’ll definitely come back. The two women who checked us in at 9:30pm June 9th were incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny, with lovely personalities. They’re both amazing young women. Keep up the good work, Girls 👍🏼👍🏼.

(20-12-2025 to 22-12-2025) The location is right at KLIA T2, by the KLIA Ekspres / Transit station. There are plenty of food and drink options, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and it was generally quiet. The shared shower and toilet facilities were consistently well maintained. The front desk staff on duty were very agreeable and friendly. A great airport hotel for an early departure, late arrival, or layover. I’d happily return, and hopefully Solo Plus will be available next time.

I only needed a bed for the night before continuing my trip, and this place worked for that. It’s right at terminal2 KLIA2 in Kuala Lumpur international airport, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Getting between terminals on the express train was really simple and quick. The staff helped me buy the 2 RM ticket and showed me the right platform. You can also use the train to get into the city and skip the taxi hassle outside the terminals. The room was modern, clean, quiet, and felt safe, though there was no window or in-room safety box. Breakfast wasn’t included. I paid over 70 euros for a 12-hour stay, which felt quite expensive. Still, it’s usable when you just need to sleep at the airport between flights.

We walked straight from Arrivals to the hotel, which made the location super convenient. The room was great, and they even arranged an extra bed for our third person that same night. Nurul and Ili at the front desk were so welcoming and looked after us really well. Highly recommend staying when they’re on duty. Manager, give them a raise!
