The shower tap wasn't easy to use, and the blanket smelled while the pillows were dirty. The aircon controller was spoiled, so there was no way to adjust the temperature or fan speed. Staff played a drama loudly and talked with guests or friends at 4-5am. Anyone staying near the counter suffers.

The blanket was dirty and smelled really bad. A bad experience.
