There were plenty of beds for five adults and four kids, and the children loved the two-storey place. Aeon, massage services, and a car wash are all very close by. We wished we could have stayed longer, and steven was responsive and understanding.

With a clean, sparkling unit and a welcoming host, this was a memorable family stay. It was affordable, near a shopping mall, and only minutes from Legoland, with convenient access to JB. A good fit for a large family, and we'd like to come back.

The location is very good, but the inside needs attention before it is rented again. The floor was very dirty, the ceiling fans kept having issues, and the automatic gate only opened on one side and needed frequent resets. The fan remote didn't work either. Before check-in, the owner had warned us that the common room had no water heater. After we arrived, they said the remote had been dropped by a previous guest and that five replacements had already been tried, and they would look for another one and try to fix it. These things should have been sorted before our stay, instead of asking when to come and repair the heater and fans. We skipped the repairs because we were there on holiday. I also don't understand why we had to take all the rubbish to the large green bin at the main gate before leaving when we had paid a cleaning fee. The place needs the required replacements or a proper deep clean before hosting again.

The host was really friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and spacious. It's an easy walk to the shopping mall. I'd happily stay again, highly recommended.
